Yes, each apartment has two allocated car spaces in the secure basement carpark. In addition, each apartment also has a private storage enclosure located within the basement.

Yes. Each apartment has fully integrated reverse cycle air conditioning. All major rooms, including bedrooms have separate zone controls ensuring individual sleeping comfort.

Strata fees and council rates vary depending on the apartment. Council rates for Apartments 1-4 are expected to be around $1,600 annually, while Apartment 5 is estimated to be around $2,400. The estimated Strata fees for Apartments 1 & 3 is $3,900. For Apartments 2 & 4 is $4,300. And for Apartment 5 is $6,400.

Once you decide to purchase an apartment Couper Lawyers will issue a Sales Contract to your nominated solicitor or conveyancer. The apartment will be noted as “Under Offer”.
It is expected that your solicitor/conveyancer will make relevant enquiries on your behalf and proceed to an unconditional exchange of contracts within 10 business days of the Sales Contract being issued.
If exchange does not take place within 10 business days the property will no longer be noted as “Under Offer” and the vendor reserves the right to place the property back on the market for sale.
On exchange of Contracts you are required to pay a 10% deposit, which will be invested with interest shared equally between the vendor and the purchaser until the deposit is released to enable settlement of the contract. Settlement is to occur within 14 days of notice of registration of the Plan of Subdivision being given to your solicitor/conveyancer .

As a general rule in NSW a purchaser must pay Stamp Duty within 3 months of signing the contract for sale. Deferral for up to 15 months may be available to eligible residents. Purchasers should discuss Stamp Duty with their legal representative.

Vista Apartments comprises a basement and car park, along with three levels of luxury apartments.
Apartments 1 and 2 are located on Level 1.
Apartments 3 and 4 are on Level 2.
Apartment 5, our penthouse, is situated on Level 3.
