Construction is expected to commence in late 2024, with completion anticipated by early 2026. However, the project timeline is subject to final confirmation following the appointment of a builder and finalisation of the building contract.

Once apartment prices are finalised, interested parties will be contacted in the order their EOI was received to confirm their interest in purchasing. At that stage, a sales contract will be issued to your nominated solicitor or conveyancer.

Vista Apartments are designed with security in mind. Features include security token access at the building entry, an intercom system connecting to each apartment, and a remote control security entry for the basement parking.

Yes, each apartment has two allocated car spaces in the secure basement carpark. In addition, each apartment also has a private storage enclosure located within the basement.

Strata fees and council rates vary depending on the apartment. Council rates for Apartments 1-4 are expected to be around [TBA} annually, while Apartment 5 is estimated to be around [TBA}. Strata fees will be confirmed closer to project completion.

Once you decide to purchase an apartment Couper Lawyers will issue a Sales Contract to your nominated solicitor or conveyancer. The apartment will be noted as “Under Offer”.
It is expected that your solicitor/conveyancer will make relevant enquiries on your behalf and proceed to an unconditional exchange of contracts within 10 business days of the Sales Contract being issued.
If exchange does not take place within 10 business days the property will no longer be noted as “Under Offer” and the vendor reserves the right to place the property back on the market for sale.
On exchange of Contracts you are required to pay a 10% deposit, which will be invested with interest shared equally between the vendor and the purchaser until the deposit is released to enable settlement of the contract. Settlement is to occur within 14 days of notice of registration of the Plan of Subdivision being given to your solicitor/conveyancer .

Purchasers should discuss Stamp Duty with their legal representative. As a general rule in NSW, a purchaser must pay Stamp Duty within 3 months of signing the contract for sale.

Vista Apartments comprises a basement and car park, along with three levels of luxury apartments.
Apartments 1 and 2 are located on Level 1.
Apartments 3 and 4 are on Level 2.
Apartment 5, our penthouse, is situated on Level 3.
